The 4Cs

Four C’s - Training package aimed at Secondary schools with potential to roll out to other consumer groups.

The Environmental Health team are currently producing a training pack covering the Four C’s i.e. cleanliness, cooking, chilling and cross contamination for use by teachers.

The pack will include sections on:

• How to use the pack,
• PowerPoint presentation,
• Teacher notes
• Test sheet
• A certificate.

The pack could also be adapted to use as training aid for

• Warden control units
• Help aged
• Mothers toddlers etc
