Recipe Book - A Taste of the Middle East!

EMBRACE project volunteers have worked closely with the project officers to create a fantastic new recipe booklet full of delicious and healthy recipes from the Middle East. Full colour photographs and easy to follow instructions will have you cooking authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in minutes. All of the photographs are of the real ingredients and finished dishes, as every recipe has been tried and tested by the volunteer team. Recipe books are on sale in the Salford Museum shop for just £3.99, so if you fancy cooking up something different and exciting, come and buy one before they sell out!

The Bridgewater Estates Collection
