All specialist safety equipment is provided. If you have any specialist equipment such as seats or backrests you are more than welcome to bring it and we can see if we can adapt it to fit in our boats.

Salford Watersports Centre has now been granted status as an Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Sailability centre. Sailability is a charity that exists to promote the sport of sailing to disabled people through a network of sailability centres and clubs. We have two fantastic Laser Stratos keelboats. These boats are one of the most stable sailing dinghies on the market. They provide the ideal platform to make sailing a sport that is accessible for all to take part in.
