Oscar

Oscar is a happy and affectionate two-year-old who needs an adoptive family. He giggles a lot and his foster carers describe him as 'gorgeous'.

Oscar has Down's Syndrome which will have an impact on his development. He is making good progress and has progressed well since living with his foster family.

Oscar needs a family who can promote his dual heritage of Black African and White British. He really needs a family who will support and nurture him, and enjoy looking after this very rewarding child.
