Adoption open meetings

We hold open evening and information events throughout the year. Come along and find out more about adoption, meet the team and hear about personal experiences from our adoptive parents.

It helps us plan the meeting if we know how many people to expect, so please phone us on 0161 799 1268 or email us at family.recruitment@salford.gov.uk for details of the venue.

Meetings will be held on the following dates throughout the next 12 months:

• Tuesday 27 March 2012
• Tuesday 22 May 2012
• Tuesday 24 July 2012

Following an initial visit, you may be invited to attend our group sessions where you will be able to hear from adoptive parents, talk to the team and decide whether adoption is right for you. The groups are held in Salford and usually run for one full day followed by four evenings.
