No-one should do any of these things to you. Even people who are supporting or caring for you.

Report it by phoning 0161 909 6517.

In an emergency call the police or ambulance 999. You can phone any time.

Tell someone you can trust like a

  • Doctor
  • Nurse
  • Family
  • Police
  • Social workers
  • Care support workers

They will help you.

Do not keep it to yourself. Tell someone.

You will not get into trouble and someone will listen.
