The chapel seats up to 90 mourners loop system has been installed at the crematorium to assist people with hearing difficulties to follow the funeral service, the chapel is also accessible for wheelchair users.

There are outside speakers in place to allow mourners who gather outside at large funerals when the chapel is full to participate in the service. On request Salford City Council bereavement services can offer live webcasting and recording of ceremonies at Agecroft Crematorium at an additional fee.

Public toilets are positioned to the left of the main entrance into the cemetery and a number of water taps are located within the grounds for use by visitors.
