Amblecote Estate Environmental Improvements
The Landscape Design Group designed and implemented the Amblecote Estate Environmental Improvements scheme for Housing Services in 2000/2001. The scheme budget was £1,000,000.
The scheme included:
- Improvements to over 300 properties
- Timber fencing and brick pier walls
- In-curtilage bitmac parking bays
- Informal play areas
- Secure perimeter fencing to cottage flats
- Footpath closures
- Metal vehicle and pedestrian gates
The group provided the following services in delivering the scheme:
- Design
- Public consultation
- Planning application
- Contract administration
- Site supervision of landscape works
