Aqua fit

Get fit and have fun in the pool

Aerobic exercise in water, a fitness class in the pool is a great way to maintain stamina, strength and suppleness. It is also good at reducing stress levels, maintaining and improving strength and suppleness as well as increasing cardiovascular fitness.

OK, you can get these from your regular land-based exercise class. But working out in water has a range of benefits. The key one being that the water acts as a cushion protecting joints such as the spine and ankles.

Aqua fit

Aqua fit gets you fit with none of the impact of hammering the gym floor and it can also give your muscles a massage while you work out.

It's low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. Suitable for both swimmers and non swimmers alike - it provides an invigorating workout for all levels of fitness.
