Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba

Get fit and have fun in the pool

Aerobic exercise in water, a fitness class in the pool is a great way to maintain stamina, strength and suppleness. It is also good at reducing stress levels, maintaining and improving strength and suppleness as well as increasing cardiovascular fitness.

OK, you can get these from your regular land based exercise class. But working out in water has a range of benefits. The key one being that the water acts as a cushion protecting joints such as the spine and ankles.

Aqua Zumba

We are sure that you had all heard about the fitness craze called Zumba that is sweeping the country inspired by salsa, samba and meringue music.

Well did you know that you can now enjoy the dance based fitness session in the pool?

Aqua Zumba offers all the benefits of Zumba's high intensity dance moves with gentle support of the water. It is ideal for anyone who wants to have fun in the pool and if you are too shy to dance in front of other people you will enjoy Aqua Zumba!
