Leisure facilities
The provision of leisure facilities is a growing area of landscape design. We have successfully completed many schemes in this category, some of which are as follows:
- Reservoir edge treatment incorporating fishing pegs for local angling clubs
- Provision of multi-sports/five-a-side pitches
- Restoration and management of public parks and woodland
- Children’s play areas
- Leisure network of footpaths, bridleways and cycleways linking parks and open spaces
- External works to leisure facilities such as the Watersports Centre at Salford Quays
- Creation of country parks
- Production of park and open space strategies
