Belvedere childcare
Belvedere has an OFSTED registered nursery onsite, which provides quality childcare to both fee paying children and children designated as "in need".
We offer 15 hours free childcare per week for three and four year olds the term after their third birthday.

We are open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, 51 weeks of the year.
What we offer
There are three nursery rooms catering for children aged 0 to four years of age; all rooms are staffed according to OFSTED regulations, and currently all nursery staff are qualified. Staff offer children a wide and balanced range of experiences and activities to develop and enhance their learning and development. Each room has access to outdoor play facilities. The Sunshine Room garden has just undergone a major redevelopment and now offers a totally natural play area for the children in that room. The nursery has a sensory room which is accessed by the children attending nursery and community groups; the room is also available for use by the wider community.
Nursery places for children with special educational needs
The nursery offers support and advice to parents of children with special educational needs. The SENCO can refer to and involve other agencies in the child's care and education to help them reach their full potential. A range of professionals can access children via the nursery; these include speech and language therapist, educational psychologist and pediatrician sessions.
Sessions and fees
Full time, part time and sessional places are available to purchase; there are a number of sessions available for children meeting the criteria for two year funding as well as those eligible for Nursery Grant Funding the term following their third birthday. Children deemed as "in need" are allocated places through the Child Action Panel. The nursery supports parent returning to work or college by providing funded childcare via Jobcentre Plus and/or Learning Skills Council.

* Extra hours may occasionally be purchased at £4.25 per hour for children aged two years and under; £3.75 per hour for children aged two to three years; £3.50 per hour for children aged three to four years, to extend a part time place, depending on availability. If this is required regularly a full day fee will be charged.
