Better life chances work in Broughton and Cheetham
The better life chances pilot programme for Broughton and Cheetham started in the latter part of 2010.
It is one of the 11 Greater Manchester pilots aiming to develop and test approaches to delivering integrated public services and reform. It is similar to other pilots being focussed on an area with higher unemployment, lower incomes, poorer health, poorer skills and putting a high demand on public services. However it is unique in that it is the only cross local authority pilot.
