Booking your school visit

School visits

You will need to provide the following details:

• School name
• Contact name and telephone number
• The size of your group
• The time you will be arriving and departing
• Which package you require (Lark Hill Live, Time Detectives or self guided visit)
• If you will be bringing a packed lunch
• What facilities you will be using (e.g. school room for pupils to eat their packed lunch)

Payments

• Key Stage 1 visits (Lark Hill Live! package) - free of charge
• Self-guided visits - free of charge.
• Key Stage 2 visits (Time Detectives package) - Cost £1.00 per child (with a minimum charge of £20.00). Cheques should be made payable to Salford Community Leisure and can be brought on the day. Please note if payment is not made on the day and an invoice is raised, an admin fee of £15.00 will be charged.
• Art session package - Cost £70.00 per session. Cheques should be made payable to Salford Community Leisure and can be brought on the day. Please note if payment is not made on the day and an invoice is raised, an admin fee of £15.00 will be charged.

Confirmation of your booking

Once you have made your booking we will send you a confirmation letter and a risk assessment through the post.

Cancelling your booking

Should you need to cancel your booking, please give two weeks notice so that we can reallocate the session. For paid sessions, a £20.00 cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled with less than two weeks notice.
