Selective Licensing Launch Event

Salford City Council's Landlord Licensing Team in partnership with Salix Homes are holding a launch event for Selective Licensing and Salix Homes block improvement scheme.

The event will take place on Wednesday 7 October at North Salford Youth Club (off Devonshire Road) from 3.00pm until 7.00pm.

On the day landlords and managing agents will be able to meet members of the Landlord Licensing Team, ask questions and take away application forms.

Local residents and tenants will be able to have any questions answered, learn more about the scheme and what it means to them.
