Selective Licensing application forms

From 2 November 2009, landlords renting out a property with the designation area of Broughton must obtain a licence from Salford City Council.

You are able to download an application pack from this page or request a paper copy from the Landlord Licensing Team, 4th Floor, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5BY or email landlord.licensing@salford.gov.uk.

The selective licence application comes in six parts and each part much be completed and returned with the associated documents before your application will be processed. If you require any assistance in completing the forms contact the landlord licensing team by calling 0161 793 3344 to make an appointment.

There is also a landlord licensing handbook available, which offers important information and advice regarding landlord licensing. To obtain a copy of the handbook, please contact the Landlord Licensing Team on 0161 793 3344 or email landlord.licensing@salford.gov.uk.

Landlords must supply a basic criminal disclosure with the application. Online applcations can be completed on the link below.
