HACCP seminar
Would you like to attend a free food safety HACCP workshop?
Do you know:
- What HACCP is?
- What a hazard is?
- What a critical control point is and how to control it?
- How to monitor the critical control point?
- What to do if something goes wrong?
- How to keep a record of your system?
If not, why not register to attend our FREE half day course to help you to set up a HACCP based system which will help you comply with food safety regulations.
Working in groups will give you the chance to discuss the problems associated with devising a system for your particular food business.
Who should attend?
The course is aimed at business proprietors and managers, as they are responsible for system implementation. However all food handlers are welcome, particularly if they are responsible for some part of the system.
