Under the regeneration proposals, it is estimated that Leslie Hough Way will be redeveloped in 2026. As such, the council is offering short-term, flexible leases. Properties are available to let at a guide rent of £16 per square foot which is negotiable. The council is offering a rent-free period to give businesses the opportunity to put their own stamp on their unit by redecorating and installing signage. All units benefit from a large, shared tree-lined service yard with available parking spaces. Please note: the new Salford Rise pedestrian bridge over Frederick Road will be constructed from adjacent Wynne Street throughout 2024/25.
