Gambling Act 2005
(Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England & Wales) Regulations 2006
Salford City Council has published its Statement of Principles (Microsoft Word format, 287kb) issued under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.
The Statement of Principles will have effect from 31 January 2007.
The document can also be inspected between 9am and 4pm, by prior arrangement, at The Licensing Section, Turnpike House, 631 Eccles New Road, Salford M50 1SW
This document is also available for inspection at Irlam Library, Hurst Fold, Liverpool Road Irlam M44 6HW and Broadwalk Library, Hankinson Way Salford.
