Cadishead Sure Start Children's Centre

Cadishead Sure Start Children's Centre is situated in the grounds of Cadishead Primary School.

What we offer you

The centre offers parents and children:

• Adult education (English, maths and computer courses)

The centre

The centre has a community room, which is used for meetings and play sessions and has cooking facilities. A training room, which can hold up to 15 people. A crèche, which is a dedicated play room with an outdoor play area, and a health room, which is used for private consultations and small meetings. There is a newly refurbished sensory garden outside.

The team

Families get help, support and advice from our dedicated team, which is comprised of children's centre workers, a midwife, health visitors, Jobcentre Plus, skills and work advisor and the health improvement team.

Christmas and New Year opening times

The children's centre will close on 23 December for Christmas, normal timetable activities will be available up to 21 December. The centre will be open on Wednesday 28 December 9.00am to 4.00pm for midwife and baby clinic only. The centre will re-open on Tuesday 3 January 2012 as normal. Sessions will commence on Wednesday 4 January 2012.

Fun Friday at Fit City Cadishead will finish for Christmas on Friday 9 December and re-open on Friday 13 January 2012.
