I lived in Jersey beforehand where I was working in retail before going to college. When I moved here telesales was the only work I could get. I had the skills but just didn't have the work experience so it was difficult. I registered with Skills and Work and they helped me get a job at where I'm working now.

I'm happy in my role and have even been able to work towards the NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration which is something I really wanted to do. If I hadn't gone in to Skills and Work I wouldn't have known about the job and been given this great opportunity. Maybe in the near future I'd like to become an Advisor and do what they have helped me to do.
