Cleavley athletics track

Looking for a great place to run outdoors?

Cleavley Track offers a superb eight lane synthetic track and is an affiliated AAA facility.

Running passes are now available to purchase from all of our Fit City sites (please note you cannot purchase a pass directly from Cleavley Track).

You can buy a monthly or annual pass and use the track as much as you like during the summer (from 1 July to 1 September 2011). The opening times are:

Monday from 4.00pm to 6.00pm
Wednesday from 4.00pm to 6.00pm
Thursday from 4.00pm to 6.00pm

The track is the home of Salford Mets Athletic Club who are always keen to welcome new members. It also hosts many schools' competitions throughout the season.

For people with disabilities, a ‘Cycling Project’ is based at Cleavley Track. This project provides specially adapted cycles that are used on the track during organised sessions.

There is a club room that can be used for refreshments when special events are being staged.
