Complex Needs Panel
The purpose of the Complex Needs Panel is to identify and agree funding for provision for some of the most complex children and young people in the care system.
The panel members are representatives from Commissioning team in Children's Services and the Primary Care Trust, as the children and young people discussed usually require funding from more than one area.
