Opening hours
To ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and efficient service to meet their needs we are now operating a pre-bookable appointment system on Tuesday and Thursday for homelessness assessments and a housing options drop in service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as follows:
- Monday - Housing Options drop in 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Tuesday - Pre-booked Homelessness Assessments 10.00am - 4.30pm
- Wednesday - Housing Options drop in 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Thursday - Pre-booked Homelessness Assessments 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Friday - Housing Options drop in 8.30am - 4.30pm
Home visits and outreach
If clients are unable to come to our office because of illness, disability or other reason we can arrange to visit them at home.
How can clients contact us or make an appointment?
Clients in need of emergency temporary accommodation will be assessed on the same day they present to us.
