The aim of this page is to enable local people to be kept informed about the work of the lead member, thus contributing to accountability and transparency in local democracy.
As lead member for community services and health Cllr Lea is politically responsible for the health and social care of Salford's adult residents.
The way we do this is to ensure we recruit, retain and develop our workforce so that we are able to deliver high quality services to achieve our ultimate aim, to create the best possible quality of life for the people of Salford as part of the 7 Pledges initiative.
