The Director, Customer and Support Services is Alan Westwood.
Customer and Support Services is responsible for aspects of corporate, technology and fiscal management in the council plus elections, support services for elected councillors, collection of council tax and other council revenues and for the coordination of provision of services to local people through the customer services function.
