Performance Information

We are always looking for ways to improve the service we provide to our customers and regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys.

Below you will find a link to the consultation matrix, a document which lists all customer satisfaction surveys which are undertaken by the council's Environment Directorate from 1st April 2008 until 31st March 2009. The results of surveys shown on this document indicate the overall percentage of customers satisfied with the service they have received.

Also available below are the latest external survey results.
