Think Customer
The Think Customer programme has been in existence since February 2004. Since its launch, a series of themed projects have delivered a variety of cross- cutting service improvements with key partner organisations.
Our citizens have benefited from a greater access and choice to city council and partner services through the provision of single points of access via the telephone, face to face and the Internet.
The projects have either delivered against key Council priorities, such as Anti Social Behaviour, or Life Events, such as Bereavement.
A number of the themed projects have delivered against their objectives, successfully embedding new working practices around information sharing and service delivery via single points of access.
The Think Customer programme in its original format is now formally closed and a new programme of work is being defined and re-launched. The new programme of work will remain under the Think Customer banner, and maintain the same high-level governance and reporting structure to the Service Improvement Board.
