- monitoring and targeting of your energy and water consumption and costs
- liaising with utility suppliers on your behalf regarding billing matters
- project management of energy and water conservation initiatives
- independent advice from a specialist team which was the first in the North West to achieve the nationally recognised energy management Energy Accreditation quality assurance award
- training and education of building users
- evaluation of your environmental impact in respect of energy and water use
- assistance with the formulation of budgetary plans, project costing
