The City Council's Spending Plans 2003/04

As can be seen the total net expenditure to be met from Council Taxpayers is £76.690m. This is divided by the Council Tax base (please refer to What is the Council Tax Base) to give the amount to be paid by individual households. A summary of the calculation is shown below: -
