Our values
Salford City Council’s future is bright: we’re involved in a huge number of radical and innovative projects that will make a real difference to local people’s lives.
We are now developing a set of value statements that represent the type of organisation we are working consistently towards. These clear statements will guide the way we work, share ideas, behave and respond to our customers.
We want to become an organisation that is recognised for ‘making it happen’, where our inclusiveness, customer focus and clear vision are our key strengths.
