Customer Services Division
In order to rise to the challenge of the Government's desire for the public sector to provide services electronically, the city council is forging ahead with a number of initiatives to improve take up of services in the local community by enabling a number of access channels, including this website, a call centre and 'one stop shops'.
These projects will bring about fundamental change that will impact on every employee and citizen of Salford.
The Customer Services Division within the Customer and Support Services directorate is responsible for:
- Customer Contact Centre - implementation and operation
- Gateway Centres - implementation and operation
- Social Inclusion and Community Telematics
