Transport for Greater Manchester have produced ten district cycle maps which together cover the whole of Greater Manchester. Copies of each district map can be ordered via the CycleGM online form.

Online map

CycleGM has provided an online cycle map covering Greater Manchester. The map shows on and off road routes, cycle parking and cycle shops to aid route planning. The zoom function allows any area to be displayed in great detail.

Sustrans include a mapping feature where National Cycle Network (NCN) routes throughout the U.K. are displayed - shows traffic, traffic-free and proposed routes.

Cycle route planner

A cycle route planner has been provided for Greater Manchester by TransportDirect and Cycling England. Once start and end points have been entered a map of the journey is produced along with written directions, length and an estimate of route duration. There is the option of the quickest or quietest route. Visit TransportDirect to use the journey planner.
