Cycling

Cycling along with walking are the most sustainable modes of transport. By switching the car for the bike you benefit from:
- An increased level of fitness
- Better physical and mental health
- Reduced travel costs
There are plenty of cycle routes in Salford, from traffic-free routes along our disused railway lines to communter routes for those who want to get from A to B quickly.
