Door-to-door transport
Local Link
Local Link provides door-to-door transport which allows passengers living in areas where the service is active to ring and book a journey within the local area. No age or disability restrictions apply to Ring and Ride.
To book a journey call 08456 05 55 05 (local rate) and ask for Local Link at least one hour before transport is required. The booking centre is open 8.00am to 8.00pm every day and journeys can be booked up to one week in advance. Prices start at £1.70 adult (single) and 80p concessionary (single).
Local Link operates in the Salford/Ellesmere Park and Clifton/Moorside areas of the city. Please see the documents at the bottom of the page for maps and further information of the service in these areas.

Ring and Ride
Ring and Ride provides a door-to-door minibus service for people who find it difficult to use regular public transport. The service operates in Salford between 8.00am and 10.45pm, Monday to Saturday, and 8.00am to 10.10pm on Sunday.
To use Ring and Ride in Salford call the booking line on 0161 745 7459, journeys must be booked between 9.30am and 12.45pm the day before travel is required. For more information on the Salford service and coverage areas please visit Ring and Ride Salford depot.
