Performance Information

We are always looking for ways to improve the service we provide to our customers and regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys.

Below you will find a link to the consultation matrix, a document which lists all customer satisfaction surveys which are undertaken by the council's Environment Directorate from 1 April 2008 until 31 March 2009. The results of surveys shown on this document indicate the overall percentage of customers satisfied with the service they have received.
