Fit City Eccles is a bright modern facility in a town centre location.
This leisure centre contains the main facilities for health and fitness provision, consisting of a double storey 85-station gym equipped with the latest range of Life Fitness cardio-vascular and resistance equipment.
Fitness suite opening times:
- Monday - Thursday 6.15am - 10.00pm
- Friday 6.15am - 9.00pm
- Saturday 7.45am - 6.30pm
- Sunday 8.30am - 7.00pm
There is a comprehensive range of aerobic classes including, circuits, spinning, aerobics, box-ercise, chair based exercise classes and tai-chi. There are also aqua-fit classes in the swimming pool.
The 25m swimming pool also provides a comprehensive programme of swimming activities from general public sessions to lane swimming, and competitive club.
The large sports hall provides the opportunity to enjoy a range of traditional sporting activities and coaching classes.
