Fit City Irlam has a 25m swimming pool and a separate teaching pool served by fully modernised 'village style' changing facilities that are ideal for family changing. In addition, the Health & Fitness Suite has been enlarged and re-equipped with the cardiovascular machinery boasting individual television screens.
Combine these facilities with a comprehensive aerobic programme at nearby Fit City Eccles and Cadishead to give you a fantastic fitness programme. There is also a new viewing and vending area for your enjoyment.
Fitness suite opening times
- Monday - Thursday: 7.15am - 9.45pm
- Friday: 7.15am - 7.45pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8.15am - 4.30pm
