Foundation Learning in Salford

14-19 leads from Greater Manchester have successfully attracted funding for Foundation Learning activity from GM Challenge and in the first instance Salford will piloting the Foundation Learning framework in three centres:

  • Buile Hill High School
  • The Albion High School
  • Clifton Pupil Referral Unit

A Foundation Learning Action Plan is also being produced by Greater Manchester and this will exceed DCSF requirements for activity highlighted in the national guidance.
