Garden waste wheelie binSalford has a free door to door garden and food waste collection service.

If you would like to take part in this scheme, please contact the call centre on 0161 909 6500 and we will provide you with a standard sized wheeled bin, with a magenta-coloured lid to identify it from your normal waste bin (subject to availability and location).

When you get your bin, you will be given a start date for the first collection and collections will be made on a fortnightly basis thereafter. This will be on either Monday or Saturday (including bank holidays). There will be a sticker placed on your bin so you can always check when your bin will be emptied.

Should you have any further questions please contact the call centre on 0161 909 6500.
