Getting dressed

Living made easy can lots of options about easy-to-wear clothes and equipment to help with dressing.

Simple changes and small pieces of equipment can help you overcome difficulties.

  • Remove slip and trips hazards where you get dressed - rugs, mats, slippery bathroom floors.
  • If you find buttons difficult, think about elastic, velcro or zips. You can also buy button hooks to help.
  • Sit down when you are getting dressed.
