Help to stop or reduce smoking

There's lots of help available in Salford for people who want to quit or reduce smoking. Salford Specialist Stop Smoking Service, Kick it @ the Cornerstone (in Langworthy) and Social Adventures Smoking Service (at The Angel on Chapel Street) all offer support and advice for people who live and work in Salford. Unlimited Potential can help you reduce your smoking by not smoking in your home and car.

Alternatively, if you'd like somebody to contact you, simply text QUIT and your name and postcode to 81066.

GPs and pharmacies also offer support and advice.
