Landlord Accreditation Standards

Applications for membership of the landlord accreditation scheme will be processed within 20 working days of receipt of all required documents.

Applicants will be informed in writing of the outcome of any Housing Health and Safety Rating System inspection within 10 working days of the assessment date.

Carry out Housing Health and Safety Rating System inspection of properties referred for a rental bond within five working days subject to receipt of all required documents.

Notification of change of circumstances will be processed within five working days of receipt.
