Salford's Private Sector Stock Condition Survey 2010
Salford City Council commissioned Michael Dyson Associates Ltd to carry out Salford's Private Sector House Condition Survey in August 2010.
The survey is required to ensure the reliability of the information that the council uses to inform its strategies, policies, prioritise its resources and achieve best value targets.
The purpose of the survey was to gather information on the condition of houses in the private sector, including housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS), Decent Homes Standards, Energy Efficiency and fuel poverty matters. The survey also included a socio-economic profile of private sector households.
The executive summary of the report is available to download below. Please note that to obtain a full copy of the report that there will be a nominal charge to cover administrative costs.
