Selective Licensing Phase 2 Broughton

Further to the successful implementation of Selective Licensing in Seedley and Langworthy, the Landlord Licensing Team put together a proposal to the government for phase two of Selective Licensing to be introduced in Broughton.

Following approval from the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) part of the Broughton area of Salford became a designated Selective Landlord Licence area which came in to force on 2 November 2009.
