How will Landlord Licensing affect me?

Following approval from the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) this area of Salford became a designated Selective Landlord Licence area, which came in to force on 25 May 2007.

Please find below a list of the Licensable Streets along with a map of the designated area.
