The Landlord Licensing Team are pleased to announce that we now have a dedicated Anti Social Behaviour Officer who will provide support and assistance to private landlords in dealing with anti social behaviour perpetrated by their tenants.
Shimran Butt will be available to private landlords who are licensed and also accredited landlords, to help deal with problem tenants. The Nuisance Link Team will continue to investigate complaints and to develop case strategies, using a variety of tools and joint working with other agencies.
If you can answer yes to any of the following, Shimran may be able to help you.
- Are you receiving complaints of anti social behaviour, which is perpetrated by your private tenants?
- Are you a private landlord who is required to be licensed or a member of the landlord accreditation scheme?
- Are you a resident who is experiencing problems of anti social behaviour from private tenants and want help to report it to the private landlord?
- Are you a landlord who wants to learn more about tackling anti social behaviour and how to obtain training?
