Landlords and anti-social behaviour
The Landlord Licensing Team now have a dedicated anti-social behaviour officer who provides support and assistance to private landlords in dealing with anti-social behaviour caused by their tenants.
Help and assistance is available to private landlords who are licensed and accredited landlords, to help deal with problem tenants. The Nuisance Link Team will continue to investigate complaints and to develop case strategies, using a variety of tools and joint working with other agencies.
