Salford City Reds sessions for schools

Salford City Reds Foundation have been going into schools to give special assemblies to pupils about the dangers of smoking and to discourage them from starting the habit in the first place. They are also running educational and physical activity sessions for young people at the new stadium to help promote healthier lifestyle choices.

National No Smoking Day event - Light Up Your Life

Salford Community Media Partnership organised an exciting event to mark National No Smoking Day in Salford. Featuring live music, a lantern parade, heliosphere show and fireworks, the event got people together in Buile Hill Park to find out more about the help and support that's available in Salford to quit or reduce smoking.
