What this apprenticeship includes:
- NVQ Food Preparation & Cooking
- Communication level 1
- Application of number level 1
- First aid
- Health and safety
- Food Safety Level 2
How many other apprentices are there likely to be on my course?
There is likely to be around 25 or more.
Will I be able to choose my work placement?
You will be able to have some input depending upon where you live and what placements are available.
What kind of employment or further training can I expect after my apprenticeship?
You would be able to take up a full-time position within Catering & Hospitality or you could study for a level 3 qualification.
